All TUFF devices are built on the principle of 'quality first' because our customers cannot afford disruptive failures or faults with regard to their devices.
However on the rare occasions that something goes wrong or a device suffers an accident, it is important that prompt UK based service and support is available.
Equally, it is vital to have a warranty that is robust and designed to provide support, not avoid it.

At TUFF all devices are available with an optional 3-year* RTB warranty that is designed to keep you working by minimizing down-time.  To facilitate this, we have a UK service and support centre that will promptly handle warranty claims as well as requests for service, upgrades and support.

• Standard Warranty is 12 months return to base covering all manufacturing defects or failures. Damage and ill-use excluded.
• 3 year warranty is as above however a one-off fee extends the cover to three years.
• Platinum 3 year warranty includes, in addition to above, same day despatch of replacement device and option of accidental damage waiver insurance
