Our rugged industrial PCAP multi-touch monitor married to a TUFF industrial PC unit, fully configured and ready for installing in your own panel/housing. This provides a winning combination of superb clarity in the monitor and a fully configurable PC.  Every component is servicable and virtually any configuration of motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM etc is possible as the units are built to order and can be serviced at our UK facility.

All TUFF devices are built on the principle of 'quality first' because our customers cannot afford disruptive failures or faults with regard to their devices.
However on the rare occasions that something goes wrong or a device suffers an accident, it is important that prompt UK based service and support is available.
Equally, it is vital to have a warranty that is robust and designed to provide support, not avoid it.

At TUFF all devices are available with a 3-year* RTB warranty that is designed to keep you working by minimizing down-time.  To facilitate this, we have a UK service and support centre that will promptly handle warranty claims as well as requests for service, upgrades and support.
