Improve Cash Flow

Why tie-up capital and pay extra for extended warranties when you can subscribe to the TUFF Device for Life programme?

Device for Life provides a brand-new device every 3 years for PDAs and Tablets or every 5 years for stainless steel industrial PCs. Platinum level support is included and your initial capital outlay on PDAs and Tablets is reduced by 66%.  The graph below shows a Tuff TE55 PDA - the red line is the cash situation if purchasing, while the blue line shows the same unit acquired on the Device for Life Programme.

Benefits:

Pay a single up-front payment followed by the Device for Life subscription quarterly. The profile varies slightly by device, however in most cases you remain cash positive right into the 3rd year, while always having the latest device and the highest possible up-time.  Why not ask for a detailed, no-obligation quote today? A minimum of 10 units is required for Device for Life.

Supporting your business

All TUFF devices are built on the principle of 'quality first' because our customers cannot afford disruptive failures or faults with regard to their devices.
However on the rare occasions that something goes wrong or a device suffers an accident, it is important that prompt UK based service and support is available.
Equally, it is vital to have a warranty that is robust and designed to provide support, not avoid it.

At TUFF all devices are available with an optional 3-year* RTB warranty that is designed to keep you working by minimizing down-time.  To facilitate this, we have a UK service and support centre that will promptly handle warranty claims as well as requests for service, upgrades and support.
